TEST ENGINEERING & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

Less manual.
More possible.

Sandip Sitaula — Manufacturing Test & Systems Integration Engineer

Fort Worth, TX · Integration, Test & Evaluation

I develop test automation and production software, from smart charging stations to YOLO vision inspection and RFID inventory systems. My focus: more efficient testing and consistent quality.

THE ENGINEERING JOURNEY

One device.
A smarter journey.

Connected thinking, from the test bench to the warehouse.

↯
POWER MANAGEMENT

Plug in. Let the station take over.

Automated charging prepares devices to the required battery level, keeping the test line moving.

TEST AUTOMATION

Every check. Less manual work.

Purpose-built test software brings repeatable checks and clear results to the manufacturing floor.

AI QUALITY INSPECTION

Give quality another set of eyes.

YOLO-based computer vision helps inspect device packing and surface potential quality issues.

real world.

Engineering starts with a bottleneck.
Here’s how I turn it into a better process.

ALSO IN MY TOOLKIT

Exploring what’s next with LLMs.

Hands-on experience with large language models, alongside a practical focus on automation and intelligent systems.

02 / HOW I THINKThe whole system matters.

At the intersection
of hardware & intelligence.

01

Understand the line.

Start with the process, the operators, and the friction. A useful solution solves the right problem.

TEST ENGINEERING
02

Make it hands-off.

Connect hardware and software to take repetition out of the workflow and give people their time back.

AUTOMATION & INTEGRATION
03

Give systems sight.

Bring computer vision, YOLO, and AI into the quality process to help spot what matters.

VISION & APPLIED AI
04

Build for the people.

Create practical software and clear feedback that make complex systems easier to use.

PRODUCTION SOFTWARE
03 / THE INTERACTIVE LAB

A little less manual.

Small interactions. Bigger possibilities. Try illustrative simulations inspired by systems I’ve built. These are concept demos, not live production data.

04 / A BIT ABOUT ME

Curious by nature.
Engineer by practice.

I’m Sandip Sitaula, a test and systems-integration engineer based in Fort Worth, TX. I enjoy turning “there has to be a better way” into something that actually works.

At Reconext, I develop and validate manufacturing test processes, automated equipment, Python diagnostics, and MES-connected systems. Previously, I supported production test systems and component-level PCB troubleshooting at CTDI.

My work connects hardware, software, and data—from YOLO inspection and RFID tracking to SQL analytics and hands-on fault isolation.
